Kerry Siam Seaport Establishes Its Port as the Gateway to ASEAN with World-Class Facility

As the growth of trade volume in ASEAN is expected to grow up to 5% every year, Kerry Siam Seaport, operating under Hong Kong-headquartered Kerry Logistics Network proactively equips with best-in-class facilities and talents to brace the major economic flow in the region. By the end of 2019, the company is expecting to welcome a throughput volume of 6 million metric tons of conventional cargoes and 800,000 TEUs of containers at its port.

For that, Kerry Siam Seaport readies itself with facilities and shares them in this video.

In short, we own a 2.8 km long quay with 10 quay cranes in all 12 berths. The total length of this quay makes us one of the longest berths in Thailand, allowing us to accommodate large ocean ships. The maximum available water depth is 16.5 m at mean sea level. In addition, we also offer 900 reefer plug units with a total annual capacity of 1.5 million TEUs.
